Corporate Travel Reservation Agents

Reasons Travel is a growing travel agency based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. It is owned and run by Fran Michnowski and Maxim Hurwicz. Fran has 30 years of experience as an agent. Our customer base is more than 10 times larger than when we started in 2006, with more added daily.

Most of our business is corporate travelers who are relatively quick to make initial reservations for, but who also need help with their changing schedules and emergencies such as flight delays and cancellations. Some of our business comes in via telephone, but increasingly customers are emailing their requests to us.

We are seeking agents to handle air, hotel and car bookings and ticket exchanges using the Worldspan Go! Res system. We know exchanges scare some agents, so we will be happy to train you in how we do them.

Our philosophy is that "We're all in this together" and that applies to both Reasons employees and our travelers. The keys are being open, honest, and always giving people a choice.

This will start part-time, working from your home, on a flexible schedule. As we grow and as you become more comfortable handling reservations the position can expand.
